As CTO at HSBC I was responsible for all global public-facing websites and launched digital operations across 28 countries in a single year. At Bentley Motors I led the digital transformation programme across sales, marketing, and configurator systems. At Shell I owned the AEM architecture and the relationship with Adobe across corporate and travel portfolio properties. At Sony Electronics I improved system efficiency by 20 percent across European retail systems and designed the market technology platform migration using Adobe AEM.
