Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

Total Applications is committed to making total-applications.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in line with the EU Web Accessibility Directive, the European Accessibility Act (EAA), and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at AA level.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard, as set out below.

The following has been reviewed and corrected as part of an accessibility pass on 16 June 2026:

  • Colour contrast all text, links, buttons, and call-to-action elements meet a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their background (brand colours that did not meet this were replaced for text and interactive use; the original brighter colours remain in purely decorative graphics only).
  • Form labels every field on the contact form has a visible, programmatically associated label, not placeholder text alone.
  • Keyboard focus every link, button, and form field shows a clearly visible focus indicator when navigated by keyboard.
  • Status indicators (such as the current page in navigation) do not rely on colour alone.
  • Pinch-to-zoom and text resizing are not disabled anywhere on the site.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following gaps and are working to address them:

  • A full automated accessibility audit (covering every page template, not a representative sample) has not yet been completed.
  • A manual screen reader review of the membership sign-up, login, and Vault dashboard flow has not yet been completed.
  • Some third-party plugin interfaces (membership, forms, cookie consent) inherit their accessibility characteristics from their respective vendors and have not been independently audited by us beyond the checks above.
